Tracked US delivery - 3 to 7 days via DEUTSCHE POST/USPS. No customs charges.
United States DHL EXPRESS (1-3 days) - $20.00
Trackable 1-3 business day delivery service from DHL EXPRESS. Orders must be placed before 9am (EST) Mon-Thu and your order will be dispatched the same day. If orders are placed after these times, they will be shipped on the next available business day. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. If you are not at home on the specified delivery day or time, you can easily change the delivery with the courier at no additional cost.
CANADA (5-10 DAYS) - $6.99* OR FREE ON ORDERS OVER $50*
JAPAN & KOREA (5-10 DAYS) - $9.99* OR FREE ON ORDERS OVER $60*
REST OF WORLD (5-10 DAYS) - $9.99* OR FREE ON ORDERS OVER $100*
Tracked delivery. Courier depends on country. International customs charges are generally not payable on orders less than $100 however we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or delays due to customs inspections in your country.
RETURNS
If you aren't happy with your product, you can get a refund at any time up to 365 days later without having to return your products.

Our Returns Policy
Our returns policy gives you peace of mind when trying Facetheory.
If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at for a free exchange or refund.
You don't even have to return your product.
The Small Print
We can only accept product returns once per product over 365 days - and we reserve the right to say that our products may not be suitable for your skin and decline any further purchases from you.
Refunds exclude any delivery charges. We offer a maximum refund limit of $150 over any 365 day period.
*Magnitone and other cleansing brushes are excluded from this policy. You can return it to us within 30 days or alternatively to the manufacturer after 30 days if the product proves to be defective.
